annonce la fin des grands froids.<\/p><p>Il est temps de tailler nos oliviers, mais cela peut se faire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la floraison.<\/p><p>Au-del\u00e0, nos d\u00e9cisions de coupe seraient influenc\u00e9es par la pr\u00e9sence des olives.<\/p><p>L\u2019olivier a tendance \u00e0 ne produire qu\u2019une ann\u00e9e sur deux car les olives n\u2019apparaissent que sur le bois de 2 ans .On dit qu\u2019il alterne.<\/p><p>La taille de fructification a pour objectif de permettre une production aussi r\u00e9guli\u00e8re\u00a0que possible.<\/p><p>Il faut inciter l\u2019arbre \u00e0 renouveler son feuillage avec de nouvelles pousses qui seront le support des olives des ann\u00e9es suivantes .Il ne faut donc pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 \u00eatre un peu s\u00e9v\u00e8re si la structure de l\u2019olivier le justifie.<\/p><p>Il faut \u00e9galement \u00a0a\u00e9rer la frondaison pour apporter de\u00a0 la lumi\u00e8re indispensable \u00e0 cet arbre m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en et limiter le d\u00e9veloppement des champignons<\/p><p>Enfin, l\u2019olivier en cherchant toujours la lumi\u00e8re a tendance \u00e0 monter et pour simplifier l\u2019entretien et la r\u00e9colte, il nous faut le maintenir \u00e0 un maximum d\u2019environ 4 m\u00e8tres de hauteur.<\/p><p>Cela a l\u2019air tr\u00e8s simple sur le principe, mais comme chaque arbre est diff\u00e8rent, la taille devra d\u2019y adapter\u00a0: on ne s\u2019ennuie
